Madeleine began practising Pilates to assist with a personal on-going back problem. Through Pilates, she discovered pain alleviation, ease of movement and improved body shape and posture. This inspired her to study as a Pilates trainer in order to help others achieve their personal goals. She completed a functional anatomy course and obtained certifications in Foundation and Basic Mat and Equipment. Madeleine has been a passionate Pilates instructor for 6 years.
